What's included

What you're booking

12 weekly individual coaching sessions

Ninety minutes each week, one-to-one, paced to your nervous system rather than a fixed script.

Reiki and clinical hypnotherapy

Four Reiki sessions and four clinical hypnotherapy sessions across the twelve weeks — stress reduction, nervous system rewiring, and habit formation.

Guided meditation & mindfulness

Six classes building a practical regulation toolkit for hypervigilance, sleep, and focus.

Two family education workshops

Communication foundations and long-term support systems, so the people at home are part of the work.

A 2-day immersive closing retreat

Somatic movement, group Reiki, peer connection, and continuation planning with your cohort.

3 months of follow-up coaching

Monthly individual touchpoints after graduation to reinforce new patterns and troubleshoot real-world triggers.

Who it's for

  • Military veterans and active-duty service members
  • Law enforcement officers
  • Firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics
  • 911 dispatchers and other frontline responders
  • Immediate family members and support systems, through dedicated workshops
  • Departments and agencies enrolling a cohort

Structure

Three phases, twelve weeks

Each four-week phase builds on the capacity established in the one before it. Every week pairs individual coaching with a rotating modality, so mind, body, energy, and support system are addressed in sequence rather than all at once. The full week-by-week map is shared with every participant, family member, and referring partner before enrollment.

  1. Weeks 1–4

    Ground & Regulate

Establish safety, assess stress patterns and operational fatigue, and build a foundational regulation toolkit.

  2. Weeks 5–8

    Rewire & Reconnect

Deepen subconscious and nervous system repair, work with hypervigilance and compassion fatigue, and bring family into the process.

  3. Weeks 9–12

    Strengthen & Integrate

Anchor new patterns, prepare the support system for sustained change, and leave with a personalized continuation plan.

  4. Closing

    2-day immersive retreat

Day one restores — opening circle, somatic movement, group Reiki. Day two integrates — breathwork, an individual coaching touchpoint, peer community, and a closing ceremony.

Care standards

Ethical foundation

  • Trauma-informed and consent-based throughout — every practice is paced to the participant, never to a script.
  • Every clinical hour is delivered or supervised by a practitioner with more than ten years of experience.
  • Program structure is published in full before enrollment: participants, families, and referring partners always know what happens each week.
  • A lean, debt-free practice — resources go into client care rather than administrative overhead.
  • Sessions are confidential; nothing individual is reported back to a department or command.
  • This work supports, and does not replace, licensed medical or mental health care.

What participants leave with

  • · A regulated baseline nervous system state instead of chronic fight, flight, freeze, or fawn
  • · The ability to identify and interrupt personal triggers before they escalate
  • · A personalized toolkit of somatic, energetic, and cognitive regulation practices
  • · Stronger communication and connection with family and support systems
  • · A peer community that understands the operational demands of the job
  • · A renewed sense of purpose and identity beyond the role or the uniform

Questions

Frequently asked

Is this therapy?

No. Operation Inner Strength is a wellness and resilience program that supports, and does not replace, licensed medical or mental health care. Many participants run it alongside their existing provider, and we're glad to coordinate when you ask us to.

Do I have to talk about what happened?

No. The work is somatic, energetic, and subconscious as much as it is verbal. Nothing is retold unless you choose to, and every practice is consent-based and can be paused.

Can my department or agency enroll a group?

Yes. Cohorts of four or more are scheduled around shift rotations, and leadership receives aggregate, de-identified reporting only — individual sessions stay confidential.

Can family members participate?

Yes. Two family education workshops are built into the program, covering communication foundations and how to sustain support long term.

What if I'm not local to Phoenix?

The full 12 weeks can run by video conference from anywhere. Only the 2-day closing retreat is in person, and we'll tell you the dates well in advance.

What happens after week 12?

Every graduate gets three months of follow-up coaching — one 60-minute session per month to reinforce new patterns, work through real-world triggers, and plan next steps.
