Questions
Frequently asked
Can residents who use wheelchairs participate?
Yes. Every pose has a seated version, and the Gentle Roots tier is designed for recliner, wheelchair, and bedside practice.
Do you need physician clearance for everyone?
Yes — physician clearance is completed before day one, along with a fall-risk assessment and a screening for conditions and medications that affect balance.
Is Reiki hands-on?
Only with explicit verbal consent, obtained before each session and before any touch. Hands-off Reiki is always offered as an equal alternative.
Can we mix mobility levels in one group?
Yes. Mixed-tier sessions are a feature: Vitality members can lead warm-ups, and partner breathing and wisdom circles bring every tier together as equals.
How large can a group be?
Group size depends on mobility mix. Limited-mobility groups keep a 2:1 instructor ratio, so larger groups bring additional facilitators.
