What this is

A full-body energy treatment that meets you where your system is holding. We open with intention setting, move through a complete chakra sweep, and close with grounding and integration notes you take home.

What happens

1. 1A 15-minute intake conversation about what your body is carrying right now
2. 2Sixty minutes of hands-on (or distance) energy work, fully clothed
3. 3Guided grounding and a written energetic read of what surfaced
4. 4A personalized home practice for the week that follows
